Using Family Equb
You may use Family Equb only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for all activity carried out through your account.
Equb groups and contributions
An Equb is a private arrangement between its members. Group members are responsible for agreeing on their schedule, contribution amount, order, and communications. Family Equb provides organization tools and does not guarantee that another member will make a payment.
Payments and records
You are responsible for reviewing payment details before confirming a transaction. Where third-party payment providers are used, their terms and privacy policies also apply. Keep receipts and resolve disputes promptly with the relevant group members or provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate someone, deceive other members, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or use Family Equb for unlawful activity. We may suspend access when necessary to protect members or the service.
